Hey Everyone,
I would like to apologize for how long it has been
since we have sent out an update. We know that you all
have been wanting to know what has been happening
while we have been making our way up the east coast.
Well let me start by first thanking you for all of
your prayers, and your support though out our trip. It
means so much to us to know how many of you are
continuing to pray, and encourage us along the way. So
thank you for everything that you have done to make it
possible for us to continue with what God has for us
to do.

Well let me tell you a little about what has been
happening over the last few months. We have had the
great opportunity to speak to two different youth
groups, one of which was located outside of Nashville,
and the other in Lawrenceville, GA. Both of the groups
were very interested in what we were doing on the
road, but what made both of these groups different
from the others that we shared with was the time that
we allowed for the youth to ask us questions about our
trip, and about us. We had a great time being able to
answer any question that they wanted to know, we had a
few funny, and random questions. But for the most part
we had some great questions, about evangelism, and
about how to talk to friends about Jesus. Which is
what we love to do when we speak to these different
groups, is to let them know about different ways to
share the love of Jesus to everyone. In doing the
question time, we felt that we were able to give
groups more of a chance to find out about that. So we
are excited for the next time that we get to speak, so
we can try that out again.

We are in the process of ordering some new reject
religion embrace Jesus shirts very soon. We were are
excited that people like the shirt, and want to wear
it. We were blessed to have such an awesome graphic
designer to work on our shirt for us, or at least he
thinks he is great. No I am just kidding. Carter from
Enoch Clothing ( www.enochclothing.com ) spent alot of
time making us the coolest looking shirt out there.
That way we are not stuck wearing some lame shirt.

God has blessed us in many different ways along the
trip, and we got to experience a few of those
blessings in Charlotte. Not only did we get to see God
great timing that he has for us, but also how he
provides in ways that we do not expect. When we got to
Charlotte we knew that they had a nascar race that
weekend, which for us was a nightmare. Were not sure
about your feelings towards nascar, but we are not
what you would call fans of it. We can't be to mad at
it, because the city of Charlotte every year for this
race blocks off over 8 city blocks downtown to host a
huge party over the weekend for the race. Which meant
that thousands of people were downtown. So we had
countless opportunities to talk to people. But while
we were downtown getting ready to take the cross out,
we walked thought the event to see what we were
getting into. We stopped into one of the booths to
talk with a newspaper group. After talking with them,
and sharing some of our craziest stories from the
road, they gave us 2 passes to get a free dinner from
the hospitality tent for people that were working the
event. We were very happy to get those passes, because
the food was amazing. We had barbecue pork the first
night, and then roasted chicken the second night. We
spent the whole weekend going back to the downtown
area to carry the cross at night, when it had cool off
some. The weather there was well into the 90's by 1pm
everyday. So we tried to to wait till the sun went
down, before we would get out with the cross.

We are planning on going back to Kansas City for 2
weeks in July. We should be back on July 16, and then
head back out on the road the first week of Aug. We
will be resting some, and preparing to finish our
trip. Which should be done somewhere near the second
week of September.

Thanks again for continuing to pray for us, and for
everyone that has helped us along the way. It has been
an incredible blessing to see how many people have
been so supportive of our ministry, and what we have
been trying to do on this trip. We would love to
continue to hear from all of you, so don't be afraid
to email, or call us sometime. We love to hear from
everyone, to find out what has been happening with
everyone we know.

God Bless,

Nate and Lance
